3. Core Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handle the issues according to the side notes MKT logged on the CRM system.
  • Enter full and correct payment, shipment, order status.
  • Make sure that during your shift, MKT’s notes are resolved and you have the duty to close those notes.
  • Will be allocated PIC a few tasks during the work.
  • Find out about the products the company is selling (specifically, Smoothskin Bare Plus and Pure hair removal machines)

  • Must love and have passion for work (especially e-commerce)
  • The job is suitable for you from high school age, university students, (computer literate, have a laptop …)
  • Knowledge of business, service is an advantage!

5. Benefit

  • Salary & commission: 6 – 12 millions VND/ month
