2. Experience

Experience required at least 6 months.

3. Core Responsibilities and Duties

  • In charge of accounting and tax work.
  • Receive and check invoices sent by departments, check the reasonableness and validity of accounting vouchers
  • Update and check purchase documents (input invoices, purchase documents) for each supplier, each shipment
  • Update and check sales documents (VAT invoices, customs declarations, sales documents)
  • Prepare, control and report fixed assets, CCDC, depreciation table, cost allocation
  • Prepare, control and report detailed expenses incurred by item of charge.
  • Prepare and check all kinds of VAT, CIT, PIT, BC26 reports according to the provisions of law.
  • Balance books, make tax refund records when incurred
  • Guide and handle accounting operations for the operation department
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors

4. Nice to have

  • 6 months – 3 years experience in retail and ecommerce accounting, including basic retail accounting and financial reporting
  • Graduated college, university majoring in accounting, finance
  • Experience with Misa SME is an advantage
